General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Pinlog

1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers of the web app Pinlog, which is operated by Benjamin Butschell, Sankt-Paul-Gasse 2/6, 3500 Krems an der Donau, Austria. The services are aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of B2C.

2 Contractual partner and conclusion of contract

The contractual partner of the user is Benjamin Butschell. The presentation of the products in the web app constitutes a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when the user purchases the subscription via the offered means of payment (PayPal, credit card, Google Pay via Stripe) and authorizes the payment.

3 Prices and payment

The price for the subscription is €5 per month. Payment is made via the Stripe payment system used by us, which supports the payment methods PayPal, credit card and Google Pay.

4. scope of services

The booked digital services and extra functions of the web app are activated immediately after the subscription is taken out. The services are available worldwide and do not require physical delivery.

5. right of withdrawal

Users have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform us(office@bu2media.com) of his decision by means of a clear declaration. In the event of revocation, all payments already made will be refunded.

8. final provisions

These GTC and the contractual relationship between users and Pinlog are subject to the law of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining GTC.
